Mobious Crochet Cowl with Beads
A couple of years ago I invested in this luxury yarn, but I didn’t have a clue what to use it for. I simply loved the foxy brown shade and now I found a mobious cowl pattern, that works great with the yarn. The crochet chart was a big help and the edging with the beads adds a special touch to an easy stitch pattern.
You can also read the tutorial, where I explain how I wet blocked the cowl here. Without blocking the lace pattern will not come out as beautiful.

Yarn Gaia Lace from the Sanguine Gryphon, 2 ounces 420 yards – 56 g 384 m, 40 % Mongolian cashmere, 60 % silk in the shade Desert Waterhole. The yarn is discontinued and the yarn company doesn’t exist anymore, but it seems the company has been split in 2 to The Verdant Gryphon and Cephalopod Yarns. It is a lace weight yarn. Beads 4 mm semi translucent orange colored beads.
The result is a nice, slouchy möbius crochet cowl. It doesn’t give too much warmth, but looks really pretty in this autumn color :-)
